YOU CAN’T PREDICT HAIL

You can pack for most things - rain, sunshine, cold weather and the like. It’s hard to know what you pack for hail. Especially for large, pebble sized hail that causes you to run for safety.

What’s more fun is when it happens while playing Royal St. George’s, the number one course in all of England, host to 15 Opens and what most of us considered the highlight of our England golf trip.

And you know what? It didn’t make it any less amazing. Because RSG is a perfect golf course, and hail didn’t change that at all.

First of all, there’s nothing you’re gonna do about the weather. So just laugh, enjoy it and realize that you now have a story for ALL TIME. LOOK AT THIS ABSURDITY. Also? It’s one of the greatest courses in the world. You’re still going to have an amazing day - which we all did.

You can’t predict hail, but you can be pretty sure that if you book yourself a round at a truly world class golf course - and world class extends far past the routing to the staff, the caddies, etc. - you’re going to have an amazing experience. Royal St. George’s is that and so much more.
